鈦合金板材的超塑性成形方法介紹!

       鈦合金板材的(de)(de)超(chao)塑性成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)方法大致可分為(wei)下(xia)列三種(zhong):(1)真(zhen)空成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing);(2)氣壓成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(吹塑成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing));(3)模壓成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(偶合(he)模成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing))。前兩種(zhong)是塑料(liao)(或(huo)玻璃)制品成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)常用的(de)(de)方法。鈦板超(chao)塑性成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)因屬于粘(zhan)性或(huo)半(ban)粘(zhan)性流動變形(xing)(xing)(xing),所(suo)以可以利(li)用低壓成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)。氣壓成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)還可同真(zhen)空成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)結合(he)起來(lai)應用。

1、真空成形法

 ;      真空成形法(fa)又(you)可分(fen)為兩種:凸模法(fa)與凹(ao)模法(fa)。

       凸(tu)模法是把經過加熱后的(de)毛料,吸(xi)附(fu)在具(ju)有零(ling)件(jian)內(nei)形(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)凸(tu)模上的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)方法,用(yong)(yong)來成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)要(yao)求內(nei)側尺寸精(jing)度(du)高(gao)(gao)的(de)零(ling)件(jian)。凹模法則(ze)是把加熱過的(de)毛料,吸(xi)附(fu)在具(ju)有零(ling)件(jian)外形(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)凹模上的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)方法,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)要(yao)求外形(xing)(xing)(xing)尺寸精(jing)度(du)高(gao)(gao)的(de)零(ling)件(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)。一(yi)般說來,前者用(yong)(yong)于(yu)較深容器(qi)(qi)的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing),后者用(yong)(yong)于(yu)較淺(qian)容器(qi)(qi)的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)。

       ;真(zhen)空(kong)成形(xing)(xing)(xing)也是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)氣壓成形(xing)(xing)(xing),只是成形(xing)(xing)(xing)壓力(li)只能是一(yi)(yi)個(ge)大氣壓。故對鈦板(ban)來說,只能成形(xing)(xing)(xing)厚度薄(bo)、形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀簡單、曲率度化和緩的(de)零(ling)件,不適(shi)于(yu)成形(xing)(xing)(xing)厚度較(jiao)(jiao)厚、形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀較(jiao)(jiao)復雜和變形(xing)(xing)(xing)較(jiao)(jiao)劇的(de)零(ling)件。

2、氣(qi)壓成形(xing)法(吹塑成形(xing)法)

       這是一種(zhong)特殊的脹形(xing)工藝。

       傳統(tong)(tong)的脹形(xing)(xing)(xing)工藝是(shi)用機械、液壓脹形(xing)(xing)(xing)或用爆炸(zha)脹形(xing)(xing)(xing)的方法實(shi)現的,使用的壓力與能量(liang)(liang)都比較高,并且由(you)于材(cai)料塑(su)性的限制,變形(xing)(xing)(xing)量(liang)(liang)一(yi)般都不太大(da)。吹塑(su)成形(xing)(xing)(xing)則是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)用低(di)能、低(di)壓可以獲得大(da)變形(xing)(xing)(xing)量(liang)(liang)的成形(xing)(xing)(xing),是(shi)—種(zhong)與傳統(tong)(tong)工藝概念不同的板料成形(xing)(xing)(xing)技術。由(you)于金屬在(zai)變形(xing)(xing)(xing)過程中(zhong)是(shi)自由(you)的,因此,幾乎全(quan)部動力都消耗(hao)在(zai)變形(xing)(xing)(xing)功(gong)上,摩(mo)擦損(sun)失很(hen)小(對(dui)于自由(you)吹塑(su)成形(xing)(xing)(xing)來(lai)說,則沒有(you)摩(mo)擦損(sun)失),這與其它沖壓成形(xing)(xing)(xing)有(you)著本質的區別。

       吹(chui)(chui)塑成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)可(ke)分為(wei)自由吹(chui)(chui)塑成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)和模(mo)(mo)具(ju)吹(chui)(chui)塑成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)兩(liang)類。模(mo)(mo)具(ju)吹(chui)(chui)塑成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)的特點為(wei)半模(mo)(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing),與真空成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)類似之處,也分為(wei)凸模(mo)(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)和凹模(mo)(mo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)兩(liang)種;其不同(tong)之處是成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)壓力可(ke)大于一個大氣壓,還(huan)對通過氣源系統對壓力進行調節,因而可(ke)以(yi)制造形(xing)狀復雜,曲率變化大的零件(jian)。

       (1)自由吹(chui)塑成形法

       這是Z簡單的(de)一種吹塑(su)成形。其特點(dian)是不用模具,吹制的(de)典型零(ling)件(jian)是球形零(ling)件(jian)。

       (2)凸(tu)模(mo)成形法

       此(ci)法(fa)是使(shi)鈦板毛(mao)(mao)料的外側,形(xing)(xing)(xing)成一封閉的壓力空間,鈦板加熱到(dao)(dao)超(chao)塑性溫(wen)度后,在壓縮氣(qi)體的氣(qi)壓作用下,毛(mao)(mao)料產生超(chao)塑性變形(xing)(xing)(xing),逐漸(jian)向模(mo)(mo)具型面(mian)靠近,直到(dao)(dao)同(tong)模(mo)(mo)具完全貼合,做(zuo)出與模(mo)(mo)具型面(mian)相同(tong)的零(ling)件。成形(xing)(xing)(xing)零(ling)件的內(nei)表面(mian)尺(chi)寸精度高,形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀準確(que),深度與寬(kuan)度之比(bi)較(jiao)大,模(mo)(mo)具加工也較(jiao)易,但脫模(mo)(mo)較(jiao)困難,原材料也較(jiao)費。用該法(fa)成形(xing)(xing)(xing)的零(ling)件底部較(jiao)四(si)周(zhou)為厚。

       (3)凹(ao)模(mo)成形法

       與凸模成形(xing)(xing)法(fa)不同(tong)的(de)是,在成形(xing)(xing)過程中使(shi)鈦板(ban)毛料內側形(xing)(xing)成一封閉的(de)壓力空間。成形(xing)(xing)零件(jian)外表面尺寸精度(du)高,形(xing)(xing)狀準確,零件(jian)脫模較易,原材(cai)料較省,但深度(du)與寬(kuan)度(du)比較小,模具加工(gong)也較困(kun)難。用該法(fa)成形(xing)(xing)的(de)零件(jian)底部較四周為(wei)薄(bo)。

3、模壓成形法

       采用偶(ou)合(he)模。與普通壓型不同的是溫度高,模壓速度慢得(de)多。

       由于鈦板(ban)(ban)超塑性溫度的金屬偶合模具制造困難,配合精度難以保證(zheng)(特別對復(fu)雜形狀(zhuang)的模具),故鈦板(ban)(ban)超塑性成形少用(yong)。
